At House of Orange, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective materials are included.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a furniture pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
